1. Check the Availability Calendar located on the web page for each individual condo.  Then, confirm via e-mail or phone (704) 682-3034 that your Snowshoe Vacation dates are open. 
2. Obtain a firm rate for your selected dates from Snowshoe Condo Rentals and confirm that you will be sending in the Rental Application.
3. Download/Print the Rental Application form (in .pdf format) for the desired condo located on the web page of that condo.  It has detailed information related to owners rules, check in/out, and other policies.
4. Complete the form including the dates and agreed upon rental fee.  Send it to the address located on the Rental Application along with a refundable security deposit check for $250.  You have 7 days after you confirm your dates with Snowshoe Condo Rentals to get that to us.
5. If your stay is within 30 days of mailing in your Rental Application, the entire rent amount is due with the completed application…along with the $250 refundable deposit.  All payments are to be made with personal check.
6. After receipt of your Rental Application you will be e-mailed a Rental Confirmation form to verify everything is in order and your dates are reserved.
7. Unless otherwise notified, you will pick up the keys to your condo at the Mountain Lodge front desk.  Mountain Lodge will have your name listed as a guest at the Entrance Guard Gate.
8. Cancellations will be honored 30 days prior to arrival for the full amount of rent and deposit.  Anything cancelled within 30 days will be handled on a case by case basis and may not be refundable.
9. Shortly after your departure (within 2 weeks) you will receive a check for your security deposit.  If damages are reported, monies will be deducted from this amount.  Please see Rental Agreement.
